Push Up Resolution

This class is a celebration of taking it step by step and enjoying the journey. With no full pushups in sight, you will build strength and stamina in your shoulders, chest and back using eccentric work and a boatload of plyometrics. it’s an absolute blast and a great way to start 2021. This is a live class so you will hear some good natured interaction among the participants. – Mandy

Legs and Core Strength

Just a quick chair practice to get your blood pumping and your lower body reved up. Sitting all day isn’t the terrible sin that the media would have us believe. It’s just important to get moving for 5-15 minutes every hour or so. This little practice will do perfectly. 

Let’s Rock!

This class has all of the elements you could want out of a whole body 90 minute flow. We’ve got a luxurious warm up, a somatic intention (rocking), a slow burn to a sweaty peak. In addition to some of your favorite poses we will work some fun and challenging drills all with a whole body, participatory rocking action that will make so much sense in familiar poses.
